Nicole did a great job managing the whole shop while cutting hair (other stylist in the bathroom for 15 minutes while 2 appointments waited). Nicole was pleasant and greeted me and then promptly got me in the chair as soon as she was done with the one she was doing. It’d be nice to have someone like her at the NW expressway location to clean it up make it worth going to. That would be a closer drive for me. It’s tough to find good help like her.
