Booked an appointment with Andrea for a golden gloves haircut. I asked specifically for a scissor trim on top, high fade, “parted” on the side where a hard part is typically but (WITHOUT A HARD PART). She CUT the top more than half what it was. She did not just trim as requested. She also gave him a HARD PART! I specially said NO HARD PART!!!!. So irritated. First time I’ve EVER heard an issue there.

She not only provides an amazing quality haircut but she also makes you feel welcomed rather than just another client. She has remembered how I like my hair since my first appointment and always checks to ensure that’s still what I want. Made my appointment online, came in early and Veronica took me early. This is the 4th time I’ve been here. The first time I came here I had no appointment, there was no line and they helped me right away, 10 minutes before that I had walked out of the other haircutter across the street and they had a line out the door. Knockouts is way better than great clips or other places. The gals here told me those places are where people go when they are still learning. Knockouts has experienced hair stylists, and they know what they are doing not only with head hair but also beards and mustaches. My haircut and beard trim always come out great, and yes they have free beer too
