This hair braiding place is very professional. The employees are all friendly and welcoming. I received many compliments after getting my hair braided here for school. I would highly recommend this place. I went back here for my cousins wedding and everyone loved how they did my twist. I was very pleased with the service at KNM African Hair Braiding. The salon has a nice atmosphere and the ladies there are friendly. I got my hair washed and deep conditioned. And then blow dried for braiding. My hair is natural and I felt that it was treated with the utmost care. I got Fulani braids done. Ashley and Topia were able to create the style to my liking. The owner of the salon, Marie, was very accommodating to me. I was really happy with the experience. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5.

Not professional , very dissatisfied they don’t communicate change the girl working then change the price on you. The quality of work they charge for is sad . They don’t speak English and I had a terrible experience after the lady begged me to come back . This is the second time I left and had to come back for them to fix it . Will no longer be bringing my business here . Knm does not value clients . Sub-par work . O stars .
