I paid for small braids, got small and medium.. Went back for maintenance that they offer.. Paid 150.00 for the stylist to put medium braids, 14 of them now they did look nice.. What do I know, I’m not a stylist, 3 days later, all the new braids slipped about 1inch. I was informed by one of my co-workers that the reason the braves slip is because is because the braids that was at it was too big for the hair it was attached to. grant it,I did wait a couple of weeks to reach out to the salon but I was torn about going back and having the stylist touch my hair… I’m not here to bad-mouth the owner or the company, but I wanted her to know that she lost a good customer because of my experience.

I paid $250.00 for some kinky twist, I tried to keep it in but two weeks was all I good take. Terrible job. And she talk on the phone the entire time, she were supposed to be done at 9pm she didn’t finish until 12:30. I must say the owner of the salon seems like she can do hair but …. Braids

I am under the impression with this salon. They just sat around doing nothing. They talked to me I told them I couldn’t understand due to my deafness. None of them gave me warm welcome just because I am white and Deaf? Ummm?

Ordered a wig from them for my birthday party and the day before my birthday party it arrives and after spending $400 and $80 in duty fees it was not at all the wig that I ordered. Every time I message the owner it is no response. I ended up having to buy another wig locally for my birthday and am now out the money from a wig that was sent and not what I ordered. Definitely don’t recommend.

I am very particular with who and how I get my hair braiding and for my first time here the service was outstanding from a guys point of view. This was my first time getting my hair done by someone else. My daughter and I hair was put in a protective style and it didn’t last two days. We awoke to braids on our pillows. The going lady had no problem fixing the issues, but the very next day after she fixed them it happened again. I’m really disappointed, wit the outcome since I don’t like to waste hundreds of dollars.

I met some wonderful stylists here.. and all of them are great!! I will be back. The owner even bought us lunch the day I was there. She is exceptional.. if you are looking for quality hair braiding this is the place to go.. quote from one of the stylists “we do everythang” and they mos def do!!
