I’m new to the area, and haven’t found a place yet, so I tried here since they were close by. I had to ask 3 times how much it was to add gel to my pedicure, which by the way is $20, which seems a little steep but I can roll with it. Because I wasn’t really feeling my technician, so I switched during it and asked for regular polish instead. At first she said no, but I think facial expression got my point across. Then she decided to charge me $3 to trim the nails. But the lady next to me didn’t get charged. It’s the inconsistency for me. I won’t be back.

I went in on a Saturday evening not busy at all got my feet done and wanted my nails done while the older lady is doing my nails I’m noticing she hasn’t brought out any dip for acrylics so I asked her to stop are u going to put the nails on because she was putting clear nail polish on she says something I hear manicure I say yes but what about the nails she says full set I say yes she is visible irritated and starts speaking in another language talking me to the other lady in the shop .I did not like that and gentleman in there talk to me in English while the older lady is still angrily talking about me while he is asking what I want a full set I told him no I don’t like this and that I didn’t want anything else since it’s such a big deal and that I want to leave I was not comfortable in the environment anymore so I have a clear coat and paid and left . Will not be returning again.

The worst full set I have ever had. The nail tech was rude and very unprofessional. The nails were not put on correctly and were lifting before I had left. There was polish on the sides of my hands he couldn’t remove. I already look like I need a fill because he didn’t remove my cuticles and didn’t spread the acrylic across the nail. I will never give this place my business again and hope you don’t either.

I have been going to this place for years and it keeps getting worse and worse and worse and worse recently I paid over $50 to have my nails done and in less than a week they lifted off not broke lifted and all they wanted to do was fix it I don’t want that kind of work you didn’t do it right the 1st time what’s gonna make it right the 2nd time…. Just got my nails done and they look terrible!! I paid over $50 for a full set and the tips are uneven and the polish looks terrible. They look like I done them myself with a cheap Walmart nail kit!! Will not return or recommend this place.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A NAIL SALON THAT CHARGE 2 DIFFERENT PRICES FOR GEL ON TOES VS NAILS. IT IS $20 for TOES & $10 for NAILS. Which is backwards. PRICES WILL CHANGE EVERY VISIT. Only get 2 stars because the work was good just not worth it.
