I have tried to set up an appointment with Amanda on three occasions. The first time she told me she wasn’t currently accepting new clients due to Covid fears. She told me to check back in a few months which I did. None of the times she could offer worked for my schedule. Neither of these things reflected poorly on her as one was understandable and the other was just a scheduling issue. I finally found the time to try again only to be told that she was no longer accepting new clients… period. She apparently is full up until the end of time with her current list of people. I truly don’t understand how that is possible. Even if you are busy it seems like you could say… yeah I’m booked through the middle of next month but we can do it on such and such a day. It’s just odd and seems somewhat unprofessional. At the very least Amanda should update her website to say she is no longer accepting new people so that we don’t waste our time contacting her… because her site says to get in touch if you are interested in an appointment. Just frustrating as it really makes no sense. Good to know she is booked straight through to her retirement. Apologies for being snide… but as I said… I’m frustrated.
