It was such a relaxing and warm experience. The location is in the lower level of a house- so it felt homey and comfortable! The massage room has the perfect amount of light, smelled very pleasant, and the music selection was relaxing. Regan is talented, professional, and relatable. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve had chronic back problems. I’ve tried all kinds of treatments, but I never tried massage therapy until Kneading Vitality. First of all, Regan, the LMT, couldn’t have been more pleasant. The environment was inviting and clean, which is important during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was never concerned for my well being. Now, I have nothing to compare her skill to, so I can only go by what my body tells me. It tells me she’s amazing. While there’s no guarantee you’ll get the same results with your back, but mine feels the best it has in a long time. I will still need to get injections into my SI joints every few months, but I think Kneading Vitality massages are what will carry me through until those appointments.
