Sandy did a great job of kneading out the tight muscles that were aggravating my lower back. She was very gentle in some of the sensitive muscles and let’s you know when she might put more pressure. Definitely recommend.

It was truly relaxing. Sandra focuses on you, finds out what you need to make you feel better. And when you enter your comfort suite, it isn’t clinical, but a homey, slowed down atmosphere. The flannel sheets covering the massage bed are already warmed and waiting to snuggle around your body to start your relaxing journey to a Better YOU. When I left I felt relaxed, and calm but,also invigorated to handle new challenges. Both mind and body newly focused. Thank you for the mini Spa vacation to my Nirvana.
