Our spa is located on an expansive, restored prairie, giving clients a view from several rooms of a beautiful nature landscape and making guests feel like they are worlds away when they are only a few short minutes out of Madison. Inside Kneaded Relief, you will find the peaceful sounds of soothing music accompanied by the calming scents associated with rest and tranquility.

I love this spa! Amber is wonderful! I always request Amber and I’ve had different types of massages there. The entire staff is great! Perfect place to go for a wonderful experience ! First of all, Lindsey is amazing!! I’ve been going to kneaded relief for many years, and she’s by far the best massage therapist I’ve had! My experience is always excellent and very calm. As a spa should be. Lindsey recently introduced cupping treatment into my sessions, and it has made a world of difference with my problematic circulation in my left arm. I highly recommend everyone I know to go here, and to specifically ask for Lindsey. Her choice in music is pretty great too!

Heather was amazing! Massage was great, conversation was great, couldn’t have asked for better. I told her exactly where my pain was and she hit it head on, I have been without back pain for a full 24 hours!!!! Went on 2/11 to get my shoulders and neck worked out/ 60 minute deep tissue. I saw Heather as my massage therapist and she was amazing. She helped me relax and work out those tough spots. She also was super kind! Definitely will see her again!
