This deep detox treatment resets your body simply by sitting in the sauna. As you sweat the salt molecules are drawn to the moisture and enter through the pores. Salt treatments have been benefits to skin conditions such as excema, poison ivy, psoriasis. Deep breathing is encouraged in the salt cave because the breath carries salt particles through the nose/ mouth and into the lung adding to the detoxification process. It’s great for allergies, sinuses, head pressure, smoker’s cough. When booking with a massage, plan on getting the salt treatment first. You don’t want the oils clogging your pores, if you get the massage first.		$25.00

Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy cools the skin to about 32* Fahrenheit for up to 2-3 minutes. This is done by surrounding the body with air between -200F to -260. The body temporarily enters a survival state, triggering the body’s natural healing capabilities. A consultation must be completed prior to use.		From $50.00

I have had several massages and Amanda had been the best. The ragdoll session left me feeling so relaxed. Amanda really pin points sore areas leaving me doing the happy dance. The cryogenic session was not at all uncomfortable and I feel positive change from just one session. I can’t recommend this location enough.
