This was my first time here! Ms. Deon is awesome! She did a full service on my hair for my wedding the following day. Love the atmosphere and vibe! Ms Deon is mad cool…she has a great personality very down to earth and very professional. She did a great job with my hair, I paid for a wash and twist and she shampooed my hair, I didn’t have to wash it before coming…HA. prices are very reasonable. She was very good at communicating before I came to see her, the environment was very relaxing. Overall I had a great experience and was very proud to support her business. Ms. Deon is a lifesaver!! I walked into her shop after leaving a beautician I booked an appointment with to retwist my locs. After washing my hair, the beautician told me she wasn’t skilled enough to do my hair and that I should see a loctician. I found Ms. Deon on Google soon after I left her shop. Ms. Deon was very adamant about not accepting walk-ins, but upon inspecting my hair (which was still wet) and seeing the condition it was in, she immediately booked me an appointment on the spot!! She had 2 other clients she was working on, but I told her I would wait all night if I had to. Ms. Deon is very friendly, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I also like the peaceful atmosphere that her shop provides. I was very satisfied with how my hair turned out…..especially since I walked in near closing time and she was still able to service me. Everyone is friendly and nice. They know what they are talking about. They use all natural products and really care about your hair. They all do such amazing job. I really like this shop and will to continue to come. My stylist Ariel does such a great job on my hair. She never disappoint me.

First appointment, everything was fine. No complaints. Second appointment, Deon was late. She called me to let me know. 15 minutes later or so she arrives to the salon and I got service. Things happen. Third appointment, Deon was an hour late. Appointment was at 9:30. She called to say she would be there by 10 and ended up arriving at 10:30. She’s apologizing profusely, but then mentions she’s late because she’s “recovering” from partying the night before. I can forgive lateness, and I understand that life happens. But showing up late because you’re hungover is not cool. Then she double booked me so I was sitting around with wet hair while she washed someone else. I had a 9:30 appointment for a 1 hour service and didn’t leave until 1:30. Hair care is okay but the lack of respect for my time will stop me from coming back.

Lei did an awesome job coloring my hair! I got my fall color ready to go. She made sure I understood the steps in the process and made color recommendations as well. I am very pleased with my color and style. I also purchased natural hair products at a very reasonable price to help me maintain my hair a Collie, moisture and shine.
