Have gone to KN for four years. Today was the last time. Got a pedicure and no chip fill. Less than two hours after fill the color on 6/10 of my nails peeled off. Called at 515 on a Saturday to say I was on my way to get them fixed because they close at 6. Was told by the receptionist that they are open until 6 but they are basically closed at the moment because only one nail tech is around and they are working on someone. I said I want to get my nails fixed because they are poor quality and I was told sorry for the inconvenience and they would not fix them today. I said I cant come back tomorrow or next week and today was the only day I had to get them done. I was told oh well by the receptionist. This is the sixth appointment in four months this has happened. Less than poor customer service, entitled high school girls working the phone and won’t let me speak to the owner to fix the nails I paid good money for, and awful quality. Sad that everything has gone down hill and they are out for a dollar.

This is my second time here. I love this place, making an appointment is the best option, they are always busy! Everyone here does amazing work, Lee she does amazing nail work. All the employee’s are amazing, but I have my favs just like anyone else. Amazing place to get your nails done.

I went for a pedicure for the first time in a year. I’ve never been here before. I got a 45$ pedicure. I work on my feet so it was much needed. I explained I needed a massage on my feet. Well the lady was a bit rough with my little ankles and she seemed very displeased with her tip. Didn’t say thank you nothing… Like a tip is nothing anyone really has to give…. And I gave a fair tip for the service. I won’t be back though. There’s better places to go. It was nothing special.

I have always went to KN to get services done. BUT I went yesterday and received the worst service ever!!!! Had a pedi and mani in 40 min. The employee was rough and didn’t even cut my cuticles. Also, wasn’t gonna soak my hands before starting. Not paying $90 for this business again!!! Manicure, Pedicure

Cheapest nails I’ve ever had but ironically the most money I’ve ever spent at a nail salon. $70 for a full set. I had 5 nail tips break off on a brand new full set not even a day after having them. The nails were so thin I could literally bend them. Rude staff every single visit. I’d go in and tell them the nails felt really thin and were breaking off left and right and all they told me was they were too long and charged me for each nail I broke. Mind you, I’ve had wayyy longer nails that last 5x as long as these. Front desk ladies were nice but I had three different artists working on my nails and every single one was snobby and rude. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon.
