Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment here last summer and I will never return! They made me wait over 40 mins for an appointment they said I never made when they had called me a week prior to confirm it. After I waited an extreme amount of time I had my hair washed (best part of my appt) and then my stylist sat me down to start my silk press. I have been getting silk presses at different locations for years so I understand the process. As soon as she started blowing my hair I told her it was way too hot and she was blowing the heat directly on my scalp. I complained multiple times just for her to say sorry that’s how it’s done when I’ve never had my scalp and hair burned that badly. After the appointment my head was tender all day and I could not sleep that night because my head was so scalded from her extremely hot blow dryer. I would never go here again and recommend you do the same! BEWARE! I had an appointment here last summer and I will never return! They made me wait over 40 mins for an appointment they said I never made when they had called me a week prior to confirm it. The owner is super friendly and knows a lot about natural hair so you’re assured a quality and protective styling session. Critical: PunctualityI waited 50 minutes after I arrived on point for my appointment. I also asked to get my hair curly and I ended up with my hair looking like starter locs. I don’t see myself going to this place anymore. It may be good for woman but I don’t recommend for guys.Service: Hairstyling

I could be employees laughing making inappropriate comments in the background. Come the day of my appointment the salon was closed, no one reached out to me to let me know what was going on. Workers are very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and was told the Salon was open on certain day. I could be employees laughing making inappropriate comments in the background. Come the day of my appointment the salon was closed, no one reached out to me to let me know what was going on. This place is very unprofessional and does not take customers seriously. I cannot recommend this establishment if you value you time and respect.

Critical: QualityIf you love your natural hair, DO NOT GO HERE! i am displeased with the natural hair services here. I booked for a wash, flat iron and trim. Initially, i was excited that I found a place that could handle 4c natural hair because of how well the stylist’s “ASSISTANT”washed my hair that I referred the salon to my friend right away. The owner of the salon did my blow dry, flat iron and trim. Her method was definitely not the best because I washed my hair a couple weeks later and I ended up with severe heat damage, my thick 4c hair is now giving loose 3a curls!
