I am so upset with the service on my daughters hair. She came home and was crying because she was very unhappy with her hair. The stylist that did her hair did not bleach her roots so for a160 dollars u should do what the customer wants. Don’t think we’ll be going back this is unacceptable. Hairstyling

Jordan had me sit in a chair for 15 mins, combing my hair, then getting color swatches for the right color. Then she told me she was going to mix the colors. She came back five mins later to tell me she didn’t have enough time for the appointment I scheduled. So I left with no cut or color and no apology..I should have know better then go to KMA considering the first time I tried to make an appointment I left my name and number with an employee and no one returned my call. They apparently don’t need to make money so don’t waste your time at KMA!!!!

I found the best salon!!! Miss Kelly at KMA salon gave me the best cut & color I have ever received from a salon! I left feeling like a million dollars! Wonderful experience! I had Monica and she was very friendly,very catering to what I wanted , and helped me pick the exact perfect color that I’ve been wanting for forever. I’d been to two other places that always messed it up but she nailed it. They even served everyone hot apple cider. All in all a very relaxing experience with an amazing outcome. I went in with a long dull mop and left with beautiful shiny healty hair! Do recommend
