This was the best massage experience I have ever had! Krista is wonderful at her job, she asks questions before and during to get an idea of how she can be most effective. She is a very calming and kind personality who works hard to make sure she can do everything to relax you and also work out the areas of pain or problem you are having on your body!! Her knowledge of Anatomy and physiology of the entire body is very evident as she explains to you as she works why and what she is doing! 10/10 would recommend!!

Krista is a strong & empathetic masseuse. I feel incredibly comfortable with her, and she is very good at reading my body to apply the right amount of pressure. I am hearing impaired, and she does a great job giving me instructions before the massage and using physical cues to let me know what she is doing instead of expecting me to understand her verbally when I am not wearing my hearing aids.

I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and decided to get a prenatal massage bc of the pain in my lower back. Krista was wonderful in asking me lots of questions to get an idea of where my pain was and to help relieve it. She didn’t just assume she knew where on my body I was hurting. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She even took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why it was helpful in prenatal. My lower back and legs feel better and would definitely recommend and plan on going back.
