This was THE WORST nail experience I’ve ever had! I came in wanting white coffin nails and ended up with AWFUL nails with the man I had. There were 3 men who were working that day, a young man , who ended up finishing my nails by giving my nails a top coat , an older man who was very nice and talkative and another older man who didn’t speak much English , who was The one who did my nails. So, first all he messed up the shaped horribly. This was my first time getting coffin nails and now I never want to get long coffin nails ever again. One of the nails looked like it was cut in half while the other half looked all curved and half my natural nail was showing. As he was filing my nails down , he literally SLICED my finger at the tip. Worse than a paper cut. This man made an indention in my finger! Not to mention during this whole process after repeatedly telling everyone handling my nails I got a cut, I was sprayed with alcohol , still filed with a cut ON the cut and put another chemical on top. This was supposed to be a nice birthday treat my mom was paying for and I was horrified I was almost in tears with pain in my finger. On top of everything going on, the man put 2 THICK layers of white nail polish that looked terrible and didn’t clean up around them and left my hands looking nasty. We brought this attention to the manager and not once did I get an apology. I had mention a few times we came because it’s my birthday and I want to take a picture (and give them credit) of the nails but NOT ANYMORE. The manager fixed them and since they were getting a little busy , she was rushing me and decided herself that she was gonna give me powder because that was the easiest way to fix it. So instead of giving me a discount for the pain I was in, the wound I was given and for the horrible nails , I was charged extra because of the powder. The new nails I got ,just on top of the mess the man made, turned out okay but was not what I came here for. SAVE your money and GO ELSEWHERE. And if you have no choice but to go here , do yourself a favor and just go the the manager or the young girl with short black hair , she was lovely and did my moms nails nice but unfortunately due to this experience, we will not be returning.

I went to get my nails done Saturday morning. I did call ahead. I only had to wait a couple of minutes because my sister and I wanted to sit next to each other. The lady who did my feet and nails was Jenny. She did a fantastic job and really took care of my nails and cuticles. And whatever kind of lotion they used on my legs and feet did not dry them out at all!

2 words… never again! The prices on the wall are not it,they are changed at the discretion of the technician, they nickel and dime you for every little thing, and don’t forget to tip, even if they cut you on every nail they act like they still deserve a tip. Customer service… none! Case by case basis. Forget about it. If I am gonna pay those kind of prices at least act like you care about my choice to come into your shop.
