Could not get in contact with this business. Called on a Saturday a few times as I had booked a Groupon. Didn’t get a response until the following Tuesday. Apple Maps says they are open on Saturdays, but google does not. Tried calling again on Friday and still couldn’t get a response. Perhaps their hours are incorrectly listed online. Either way, it was a frustrating experience. Canceled my Groupon, I didn’t want to beg for service.

I purchased a Groupon talked to staff before the appointment to schedule proper services, discussing the intended services. Arrived to salon, after driving 40 minutes to get there, only to be told they could no longer do my scheduled discussed services. I’m very disappointed in this business because of their inability to follow through. Don’t offer Groupon if they’re not as important as the “normal paying client.”
