Disappointed. First time customer. Called in at 3:22 pm for an appointment at 6 pm. Appointment was confirmed and even paid for a haircut and beard before going to the store. Drove down from white marsh and arrived at the store at 5:40. Was told they don’t have anyone that could do layers. They needed Chrissy or someone to cut my hair. Would have been nice if I was told about this ahead of time. Not good customer service or a great experience.

I called to see if they accepted walk-ins. The person said not usually but I could be squeezed in and the wait time would be between 20 to 45 minutes. I said okay I’ll be stopping by. I waited 25 minutes and Richard cut my hair. I asked for a Fade Cut with a length from a 0 to a 2 on top with a low fade. After cutting my hair I asked Richard how much my haircut was and he said $45. I thought he said $35 but he corrected me and once again said $45. I was shocked at that price. My fade cuts never went above $25 and that’s the average price at every barber shop. That’s why i never thought to ask for the price before hand. Even though my haircut was almost double the price I didn’t ask why it was $45. I paid for it and walked out feeling stupid. I should of asked why it was so expensive but at the same time Richard should of told me the price since I was a potential new costumer. Kleen Barbers website doesn’t show any prices.

Dude Brandon first time seeing him hooked it up! I was about to go out with my brother and booked him . He did skin fade ,blended my beard and goatee went above and beyond he for sure hooked me up took his time to Make sure he didn’t miss hairs .man will definitely book him again! Straight razor shave
