The barber named John was extremely rough with the clippers. He brought my hairline out about an inch on either side. The entire cut he was focused on having a conversation with a usual customer and had no regard for how he was brushing my head or placing the clippers. I have a lot of red marks on my forehead from the lineup which appear to start scabbing over. The other barbers were giving their customers their undivided attention, will most likely not be returning although the fade was decent, not worth the pain I had to take while getting cut…

I came to this business last minute, asking whether they cut ladies’ hair. By last minute, I mean I was headed out of town the next day and was only in town for a conference. The gentleman closest to the door (forgive me for not remembering your name sir- you were amazing -) older – nae, SEASONED- gentleman assured me that the barber that cut women’s hair was on his way in and would be there in an hour. When Willie arrived he took the time to ensure that he cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it. He started with a larger guard and worked his way down to a smaller size. He was patient, precise, and extremely considerate. For the amount of time he spent with me I expected to pay much more than $15 – but that’s all it cost!!!! The results were superb. Here is a front, back, and side view of the finished product- this is me on vacation two days later . Thank you so much Willie! And thank you Klean Kutz! I didnt have to go to the Bahamas looking like a Wildabeast! ❤

Can’t speak for the other Barbers, but the younger guy was rough. Clippers hurt. Did my beard without asking. Was very rough. Hit with cleaning brush. Shaved top of head weird, will now grow out uneven. Cut my friend head. Overcharged on top

I thought making an appointment would decrease the wait time so I made one with the barber who cut my son’s hair fabulously. When I arrived for my appointment I still waited 30 minutes and then was pawned off on someone else. So making an appointment was useless. Very unprofessional. I went to Legends instead and got 5☆ service and the entire experience took 30 minutes. Im a NUBIAN QUEEN with a blue Mohawk. Ordinary is not enough for me. Im EXTRAORDINARY & I seek EXCELLENT in EVERYTHING. WILLIE is my barber & I challenge his skills each time I go. Its hard to reach him but His WORKS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. UNK the elder guy in the shop is so cool. Everytime I go in everyone speaks. To acknowledge your customers as soon as they enter the building is a plus for me. I see ppl have issues with the wait time but my wait is worth it everytime.

My haircut reminded me of something created at a barber college with little experience. I was experimented on and the experienced barber did very little to help. I suggest if you do happen to give this place a shot I would ask for the barbers credentials along with pics of other clients haircuts.
