I came to this salon not to long ago to get a VERY SIMPLE nude and white almond French tip, Very simple. The man that was putting on my acrylic was very rude and rushing so much it made my skin and cuticle BLEED, when I flinched because he was drilling my skin, He smacked my hand and told me not to move! That man said he had a degree for nails but yet he was very rude, he was also doing another client and made me wait. When I went to the lady to get the French tip design on she was HORRIBLE, and was gripping my hands very painfully. For some short very badly done almond French tip nails…I PAID 70 DOLLARS, For some crooked very badly done nails! I’ll never come back there for such horrible service In my own birthday!

This is my 2nd time coming to this location. 1st time I brought my daughters and their friend for birthday pedicures. We didn’t feel rushed they took their time on all 6 of us super friendly and even made jokes. So I decided to come back have a pedicure for myself and a full set. All of the employees are friendly they tried to engage in conversation with you and do a great job on the pedicures and their nails.

Had a horrible experience. Went in for a pedicure and was bashed by the owner for being 12 min late . I was seated and water for my feet was boiling hot.I was asked what color I would like and asked for matte black and told me no I can only get gloss because I was late . And kept complaining that she was behind on her schedule because I was late.they repeated it to me multiple times .then a customer showed up for an appointment and the lady rudely said I can’t seat you now because she (me) was late and then told me “ I am going to stop doing your nails because you were late and you are going to have to wait” which is fine but that is not the way to talk to your customers. Over all a horrible experience and seemed to be mad because I didn’t want to get gel nails(which is more expensive) I wanted glossy nail polish . She was bothered and rude throughout the whole session .

Do not come here. Absolutely a terrible experience. Manicurist did not listen to anything I asked for, she began ripping my old acrylic nails off with force???? Absolutely ruined my nail bed. I repeatedly asked for her to remove it with acetone she ignored my request. Kept asking me to get acrylics, I keep saying no thank you. She got angry and began filing roughly and damaged my nail with the filing gun, it hurt badly.
