Critical: ProfessionalismSet an appointment up for 1:30 and told the lady I was putting a reminder in my phone she didn’t have to send a reminder. Showed up early and was told my appointment was at 2:30, NO, it was at 1:30! So I asked if anyone was available was told no, though 2 lady’s sat at desk doing nothing but speaking Spanish to each other as though to talk about me only one girl cutting hair. Yesi has been my stylist for some time always tries to fit me in her tight schedule and works with my crazy schedule she is one of the best have seen her work since she was in beauty school (around 2000/2001)and has always been so talented very experienced and knowledgeable!! I went in for all over foils, their sign says $80 & up, so I was expecting it to be a bit more, maybe $100 because I have medium length hair. When she got done (3.5 hours later) it looked nothing like what I wanted & I was almost in tears… then she told me it was $145 & I didn’t even get my hair cut with that!!! Stylists need to be upfront with their patrons & say…if you want this & that, then it will be this amount.

My mother and I had our eyebrows waxed. The stylist was meticulous and careful. Our brows only took a minute and turned out great! An eyebrow wax costs $12. And if you come in 10 times you get a free standard hair cut.
