I have been to so many diff nail salons in the Elizabeth City area that I have lost count, because I am very particular about what my nails look like and the persons personality behind them…none of them will ever compare to the service I receive here at Klassy Nails 2! They are delightful, professional business owners who know what they are doing! Ms Bea and her mother are the best!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was excited about getting eyelash extensions because it was my first time having them done. I made an appointment a few days ahead of time because I was getting ready for my wedding and had appointment s scheduled all afternoon. When I made the appointment the lady on the phone told me to make sure I was on time so I arrived 10 minutes early. I patiently waited for almost a hour before I finally decided to make an appointment somewhere else. I was going to ask about a manicure/pedicure too but since they didn’t honor my appointment, I went to Studio Nails. The people at Studio Nails were so friendly. My eyelash extensions still look great over a week later so I think they did a good job.I’m giving Klassy Nails 2 stars instead of 1 because someone was at least kind to me when I set up the appointment on the phone.I was excited about getting eyelash extensions because it was my first time having them done. I made an appointment a few days ahead of time because I was getting ready for my wedding and had appointment s scheduled all afternoon.
