Critical: ProfessionalismI would not recommend Cindell, I had made an appointment over a week in advance, I live over an hour away, I had already left for my appointment but decided to call to confirm my appointment, she said your appointment is today but can we do it an hour later I said that was fine, I drive to Clovis get a text that she is sick and can we cancel it and do it tomorrow, I told her no I live too far to drive back the next day and would let her know when I can reschedule, she let me know she would give me a discount. I text her a few days ago to see if she was able to get me in and if she was still going to give me a discount, she said no that was only for the month of December, she never told me the discount was only for December, not professional at all. Every other time she had to reschedule and treated be like I was at her beck and call. Never could get an appointment because she just would not honor anything. Finally gave up.
