If you are looking for a professional environment and quality services, this is NOT the place for you. The provider was about 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment but did manage to text me 18 minutes prior to the appointment, which I was already in route to. And the appointment was confirmed a total of 4 times, which was extremely annoying. My services were interrupted a total of 4 times by another staff member knocking on the door and opening the door and actually entering the room a couple times. The provider claimed to be an expert with brows but wasn’t able to get them even, and I pointed it out more than once. I finally gave up and decided it would be best to just correct my brows at home for fear that she would remove too much hair. She even joked saying my brows were “sisters and not twins”. Honestly they weren’t even cousins. I will not be back. This was a very unprofessional experience and after all this I was still expected to pay full price and tip. I would caution anyone who is trying this place out for the first time.
