Friendly and designs are good however my only and main issue is nail shaping. You know nails are gonna look so gorgeous when nail techs take their time with the application and shaping of the nail however I came here and it was rushed so I knew because of that the nails weren’t going to be satisfactory. The nails I got are cricked and she blamed it on my finger but my finger isn’t cricked like that. The nails are just too slanted on one side or the other. I tried reshaping them at home but sometimes you just can’t entirely fix lopsided stiletto nails. This salon has potential for really good work but they just need to put more time into the shaping of nails for every client. Nails to me are art and for any nail tech they should continue practicing and taking time on their art because it is a full visible extension of yourself. I’m sad I paid 70 plus a generous tip for how unsatisfying the nails are the only thing I like is the design and color. The shaping though annoys me deeply to even look at the shape

Take a moment to ask yourself WHY you go to a salon. Cuticle care? Foot massage with some lotion? Anything but just water to soak your feet in plus a scrub to get all of the dead skin off? Nails shaped beautifully after a fresh mani? Consider this a big no from this salon and go somewhere else. I have never had a worse experience at a salon. I left with ragged and dry cuticles that my nail tech didn’t even bother to push back let alone trim or even oil after the manicure. My nails were so thick i had to ask her to thin them out and then ended up with extremely sharp bottoms to my nails which i had to file myself. When i pressed them flat againt a file they were a U shape. It was absolutely lazy and unacceptable work. My nails already look a few days grown and I just got them done. No foot care for my pedi. Just soaked in water for 10 minutes then painted. Why do I pay so much when I could do that at home? I go to a salon for the extensive care. I will not be going here again. Please, as a team do better. I have been to multiple techs at this same salon and have always had similar experiences apart from when the owner did my full set and she did a great job. Please please up your standards and do better as a salon. And to anyone who thinks I should have “spoken up” let me reassure you that I should not as a customer tell my nail tech how to do their job.

Very nice women, lots of colors, very clean, and efficient. I’ve been going to Mayra for a couple months now I believe??? She’s wonderful. I come in every two weeks to curb a nail biting habit. She did a wonderful job when I had fake hard gel nails, and still does a great job with my very short natural nails. Prices are very fair and they do so much. Would and do reccomend to anyone I know who needs their nails done. Not to mention, this was the first salon who ever did under my fake nails, the attention to detail is worth the praise.
