Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeautiful work and super friendly people. I don’t ever get my nails done but I felt like I needed a treat this week. I called around 5 and asked if they had any openings for today or tomorrow and had to call back because my workSchedule clashed with their hours and they said to come on in anyways and they would book me and they even stayed open an extra 30 minutes for me to finish my nails. And they’re gorgeous!! The gentleman who did them was very gentle and assured me everything would be fine when I wasn’t sure about how they look (since I’ve never had acrylics.) greet business and I’ll be back if I decide to get them done again!!! Critical: ValueI went on the 22 of Nov to get my nails done and that’s what they looked like the next day. I went there on Wednesday to see what they can do about it and the salon was closed. I was able to meet them there on Thursday Dec 2nd and they only wanted to fix those two that were not looking good but my nails were already old. So I asked how much it’ll be to just redo them and I was told $10. When she grabbed a black polish and I asked if they bout a new one and I was told yes. The short nails is what I did on the 2nd now look at it. They have done my last two nails nice but I am so not satisfied with this service. They should’ve just said let’s go with another color because it’s still the same black polish and it may come out the same way which it did.
