The best nail salon I have ever been to. I’m not sure of the name of the man who did my nails but he did an amazing job and replicated the picture I showed him perfectly. Every other salon I have gone to my nails have started to fall off at the root or either fully fallen off within 5 or 6 days. I got my nails done here 3 weeks ago and they are still on with no flaws. It was my first time trying this salon and I will for sure be back!!

My wife was treated horribly there. She had a receipt for a gift certificate that she lost. They wouldn’t accept the receipt. I get that. Its not their fault. But they were yelling at her and made her cry. Who yells at customers? They are heartless. A little compassion would’ve gone a long way. So instead they berated her in front of the other customers. Shame on you.

So first, I have to say, I got a ton of compliments on my nails, the place was clean for sure and I do intend on trying them again, but only if I can have Henry do them. I don’t get my nails done often, so I specifically picked this salon due to the gleaming reviews about Henry and his fabulous designs and care. I wish I could have had him do my nails but I get it, there’s only one of him and he ended up doing my best friend’s who was getting married, which was fine by me. I just wasn’t super happy with the person that I ended up with, she seemed annoyed at me and didn’t speak much English (I assume because she had to keep getting the owner, Henry, to translate while he was busy doing my friend’s nails). I don’t mind that she spoke little English, since the US doesn’t actually have an official language and I personally believe immigration is a positive thing for our country, but it was the rushed and annoyed way in which she went about it. I had an idea of what I wanted but was told that they couldn’t do the designs I kept showing, okay understandable, but it stressed me out. Instead she could have helped me and offered options as an alternative, the designs I ended up with for both my toenails and nails were cute, but again it was stressful for me, not knowing what was or wasn’t possible. She also didn’t listen to me and kept saying the massive amount of glue or whatever is used to adhere them stuck under my nails would come off but it never did until I soaked them in remover to get the things off. Also, she didn’t clean under my nails like the other technicians did before applying the nails on top, causing the gunk to be stuck there for the 2 weeks they were on. I took my sister, friend, and daughter with me and booked an appointment in advance, everyone else had a great experience and our nails looked good, my daughter was treated like a princess, and it was a nice place. Again, I just didn’t like the gal that did mine. I want someone who can go over options with me and communicate effectively, maybe that’s a personal preference, I don’t know.

I’ve been too so many nail salons and was never happy, getting my nails done was not fun anymore because I knew I was going to hate them. Then kk nails opened up and I decided to try it I LOVED it all of the staff is sweet they make you feel so welcome! And HENRY (the owner) is AMAZING he knows exactly what I want when I sit down in his chair, he’s so patient with me when I take forever to pick a color but he just wants me to be happy when I leave and I always am.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityVery disappointed. I’ve been here several times, but I don’t think I’ll be back.My toes are cut, after having the edge of a file repeatedly dragged over them. I had to ask the lady to get my nail shorter. ( it was longer then the tip of my toe). She repeatedly dug her nail into the side of my toes while polishing them. NONE of the utensils came out of a clean package. Not Sterilized!!!To top it off. She’s sick!! I mean coughing, sneezing, sniffling the entire time.In the current culture, you don’t make your employees work sick!!!!!I’m furious.Stay away from here.
