My 6yr old daughter and me, had a mommy daughter day and we went here to get mani’s/pedi’s and we got seen as soon as we walked in. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe first time I went, Cindy attended me and did Dip and she was great! My second time going the lady was removing my dip that I did here a month or so prior and filed my nails down so bad that they were so brittle and super thin. They knew I wanted to do shellac and still managed to file them down to the point that its been over a month now and my nails still haven’t grown back properly. They kept excusing it, and said “I’ should of asked for them to be soaked instead of filed down, wow.I decided to give them another chance and got a pedicure, my friends toe nails were still so long, I don’t know what that lady cut. It’s as if she just shaped them but kept them super long even after being asked a number of times to actually cut them shorter. The manager was right next to her doing my nails and still nothing was done about that.On my husband feet, he said that lady was so ruff and coarse and was not enjoyable AT ALL. My second time going the lady was removing my dip that I did here a month or so prior and filed my nails down so bad that they were so brittle and super thin. Just visiting the area and having no appointment, I walked in to a warm, friendly atmosphere, greeted by helpful and courteous technicians! Very professional my daughter and I had a really good experience at this nail salon. Everyone was really nice and professional. I love how they did our nails, they look like our own, They take their time and are very friendly. We just moved to the area and this is our nail salon, we will continue to take our business to this salon. We have tried others and this salon is the best. Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my second time coming. The first time was great. I was very satisfied. But this time the lady who did my pedicure was not the best . She jabbed me on the side of my great toe, and was trying to rush through the pedicure. I needed to show her where to go back and redo just the basic pedicure. The painting of my nails was ok. When I came home I needed to remove several small lines around my toes . My daughter who is an adult, also had her nails done, and the lady did a good job. Not great, but good. This was my second time coming. The first time was great. I was very satisfied. But this time the lady who did my pedicure was not the best . She jabbed me on the side of my great toe, and was trying to rush through the pedicure. I needed to show her where to go back and redo just the basic pedicure. The painting of my nails was ok.
