This was the most amazing pedicure I’ve ever had! Prices were very reasonable and the work was top knotch! The staff was also very friendly and we noticed that all of the nail techs were performing the same quality work to all customers which was refreshing. 100% recommended and would go again

I’ve been steadily going to K and K over the past 2 years- never a bad experience. I live in Chicago but still make a trip out here to get my nails done. I always get gel, and my nails never chip. At my recent visit, I got a new set and was surprised to see my bare nails were actually pretty healthy underneath. I highly recommend.

Pedicure was supposed to be relaxing and it was not! The whole experience wasn’t enjoyable. The guy that did my nails seemed to be in a rush. I had got the most expensive package of $55 which includes 3 different lotion/scrubs. My friend was next to me getting same package. The guy that did my nails was buffing so fast that he cut me 2 times on top of my foot. I said oww.. and he looked at me like I did something wrong, not even a sorry. Remaining pedicure the cuts hurt as lotions were applied. He started with the 1st scrub.. rubbed foot a lil, then did 2nd lotion and right into the 3rd. Wrapped a warm towel over the lotion and put my feet in parrafin wax. Which he didnt even place my feet properly in, so wax was not being applied to foot. Requested a new bag and 2nd one was burning hot. At this time notice my friend who is still getting a massage with 1st step of the scrub. I brought to managements attention that the guy was rushing and hurt me and nothing was said or done. The guy then made me feel even more awkward as he shook his head at me and can tell he didnt even want to finish my pedi now that i mentioned he was rushing. My feet are not even smooth after the pedi as he didnt do job properly. My friend had tears in her eyes as her paraffin wax was super hot as well. And not only did she have a longer pedi with a full massage she also didnt have towel

I had the guy and he was rude. They don’t cut or push back cuticles. No oil or nail care there. It’s a factory and they act like you are garbage. I would never go back again.

Helen is really great and is always professional. She rarely makes mistakes but is quick to fix them if she does. Been coming here on and off for years.I don’t go here any more because on my last visit my nails kept getting messed up WHILE I was there and when I asked for them to get fixed they still chipped within two days.
