I had the worst pedicure experience at KJ nails after obtaining a pedicure. The man that attended to my feet did not put much effort in my pedicure. I left there so unhappy with how he applied my neon green gel color! I was told I needed to ask for the white coating before adding the neon color. I went to another nail shop to have the gel polish removed and the coloring would not come off. The polish that was used looked like powder! After Consulting with the new helpful nail spa I was told this something the nail tech should know! I paid for the service but I do not recommend this company!!!!!!

I should’ve read the reviews first and looked at the pictures posted. That’s pretty much how our nails turned out. I took my daughter for her bday and both our nails and toes turned out horrible. Blank spots, uneven/bumpy, rough, and on our skin too. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to ask them to redo them and I am out $125. Seems like they just rushed as fast as they could to get them done even though they weren’t busy. Extremely frustrating but lesson learned.

Went for my first time today with my grandmother, the gentleman who did our nails was absolutely amazing! Very nice kind people, fairly quick and did an absolute fantastic job on my nails! Definitely be going back here for sure!! Manicure

I went into get my nails and toes done. They did see me on time however the nail tech I went to was an older gentleman and he did my nails terribly. He put my nails on crooked which I asked him to fix. He did but they were still not straight. Then he paint my nails with gel and they are lumpy not smooth. Did a sloppy paint job. He also did not put enough gel color on my nails, you can see straight through them. I was in the nail shop for almost two hours and had to leave since I was due somewhere else. He also remove my skin which I asked him not too because I would bleed out and he did anyways. Then I started to bleed out and then he put something on my cut that was green without my consent, he said it was to stop the bleeding. Honestly you should not be applying something to someone skin if your are not that person’s doctor. You also should not put anything on someone they could be allergic to what you are putting on them. My nails are horrible and I am embarrassed to post a picture of how they look. I will never go here again. If you want your nails done right, please do not go here.

Wow! So relaxing and pampering. I had an amazing pedicure, they took their time and really took care of me. Lyn was wonderful. She even called over a specialist to deal with a very bad ingrown toenail that even my podiatrist had given up on. It doesn’t hurt anymore! It was not too busy or crowded and I got extra attention. I also come here for waxing. Thank you!

Critical: ValueThe ONLY reason I’m giving KJ Nails a 1 is simply due to being able to be seen; due to no one waiting. That should’ve been a Red Flag. Went in for a basic manicure after getting gel nails elsewhere. DON’T GO HERE… Not even for the basics. The alleged certified nail tech who holds the fromt chair, damaged my nails so extreme… it took almost 6 months for my nails to get back healthy. With that said, Don’t believe nail techs when they say, gel does not damage nails. BUT, a few days after the service I noticed that the inside of my big toe nail started to swell and soon enough became infected.
