The place is OK. Chairs a little outdated. Plastic liner bag ripped open before they started. It was not replaced. I was on lunch break, and had to get back to work, so I let it slide.

I agree with all these great reviews! I came today last minute and it wasn’t an issue. They were very welcoming and I came 20 minutes before they close and they stayed an hour after for me! They were professional and sweet! One thing I noticed is that they are funny lol and have the perfect balance of talking but not too much like I always imagined nail places to be lol I watched tv majority of the time they had the volume up. I love this color so much! They have so many beautiful powders and such affordable price!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at KT Nails!! Recently I went to my nail shop and it had burned down! So in a pinch for a new nail salon I got online and checked to see what was in my area. I found KT Nails which was relatively close but it wasn’t well reviewed and 1 out of 3 of the reviews wasn’t good. But I had to get nails done so despite the one bad review I called KT Nails and I am so glad I did. They booked my appointment with ease and my nails look amazing. I have had sculpted nails for almost 15yrs. In that amount of time I have had amazing nail techs and ones that truly needed to go back to school. Mary at KT Nails was by far one of the best nail techs I have had in a while. She is professional, quick and friendly. Usually I have to file on my nails when I get home because one is too short or they are inconsistant with the width and thickness. NOT THIS TIME MY NAILS LOOK AMAZING!! I was also impressed by how clean the shop was and how friendly the rest of the staff were. KT Nails has definitely made a long time customer out of me!!

Lily gave me a pedicure today. She was nice, personable and did a very good job! The quality of the pedi was as good or better than others I’ve had, the cost was a little less, and she included a great foot massage with the basic adult pedicure!

Got a gel manicure and pedicure here about 2 weeks ago. The manicure turned brown within 3 days. The polish job was thin and streaky. I didn’t realize it at the time because the lighting in there is not that good. Will not return. (My pedicure still looks good, a diff person did it. Thus, the 2 stars.)
