Not the best threading experience. She was very nice, but she left a lot of hair out, and didn’t do a good job of cleaning out the extras. She didn’t even wipe down the chair after she finished the customer before me, so basically no COVID protocols. She wasn’t even wearing a mask. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible so didn’t want to spend the time asking her to clean up extras! Will not go back!

Pria (owner) is SO friendly, sweet, and accommodating!! She has been threading my brows for over a year now. It is so convenient that I can just call at anytime in the day and she asks me what time I am looking to come and 9/10 I can come right in. Critical: CleanlinessNot Clean for Covid standards at all, lady did not wash her hands before touching my face after client before me and handling money, she didn’t have her mask on fully over her face, also did not clean the seat in between clients. I feel sick and feel like I got it there. Stay away.

I would give zero stars if I could, I got my eyebrows done here the first two times where great – went again and a following time – and I HATE IT – my eyebrows are so uneven- they aren’t that nice crisp line. NEVER going back !
