I have been coming to Kiwi since I was about 16,now 28. They have always shown me complete and utter kindness and are always hoping to give you a great experience. Today, I came in 30mins before closing expecting to get my waxing done and to make an appointment for the next morning for a mani/pedi. Boy was I in for the best surprise!

I’m a 17 year old from Oakton and this has been my go to nail salon for quite a few years now. I decided today to write a review (something I have never done before) because of the exceptional service I received. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t make an appointment beforehand, but when I got there, I was told to pick a color and I was treated right away. The woman was very easy to understand and made me feel comfortable when I was getting my nails done -she was very pretty too haha. I went for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I was wearing flip flops in preparation, although she ended up giving me these cute sock things because it was so cold out. I also got a free lotion and rewards card (something new I believe), so she in no way took advantage of my age and inexperience. I was also given a warm towel around my neck and massage for free, since it wasn’t very crowded. Plus the most important part, my nails look goooood, and there were no comments about my callus’ that I need for soccer or eyebrow threading or any of that jazz. 10/10 service today and the rest of the times I’ve gone have been pretty exceptional as well.

I am really surprised to see the negative reviews. This is the first review I’ve ever left, but I had to comment. I am not from the area, I had to come up here for work and stumbled across this place. I have never received the kind of service that I received at Kiwi Nails Salon. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet and friendly. They asked me about my day and then told me to just relax and enjoy myself. The pedi/mani I received was truly the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to various nail salons for over ten years. I will definitely be back every time I am in the area. I can’t say enough about this place.

My pedicure turned out better than my manicure. I got a French manicure and all of the white tips were very uneven. I had to have the nail tech fix a few of the lines. They also didn’t clean the cuticle well around my nail.

Hi… I just came here today. This isn’t my nail salon, I don’t live here I was visiting family friends and we decided to go to their local nail salon. As I first walked in, it looked nice and relaxing. Then I sat down to get a manicure, and the woman who did my nails didn’t paint them properly. She didn’t put enough coats of polish, and they chipped so easily that when she helped another costumer as I was drying, I redid them by myself. I painted over the parts she messed up, but eventually they still ended up ruined. Over all, I think it was maybe the nail polish or the woman who did my nails just wasn’t the best.

As soon as I walked in I thought the Salon was clean and nicely decorated. The girl doing my nails was nice too, Tammy. But after I left I began to notice that my nails had not be done correctly. I had gotten Shellac. She did not properly cure it, and as a result the Shellac came right off my nails. This happened on all but two of my nails. I will not be going back to receive service here, especially if I’m going to pay for something and have it done so badly.

My daughter and I love this place! Venny, Tracy, and Irma are my favorite . The whole staff is very welcoming as MD am sure they do a great job! Venny has fixed my broken, uneven toe nails a couple of times, and they look very good when she is done. I simply recommend Kiwi Nails!

This is your typical nail salon. I gave this 4 stars because it was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices are fair. It’s important to me to go to a place where the staff is friendly and does a good job. I personally don’t like it when the technician talks to the other techs and your looking around like ok and can’t understand what they are saying. That has never been my experience here and my technician actually struck up conversation with me which I appreciated. My nails look great btw

Horrible, horrible. I got a gel manicure on Monday and by Tuesday the polish changed a horrible color…and no it was not a mood polish. When i went back the owner tried to blame me instead of fixing the situation. She wanted me to pay 20 dollars to fix it. Worse customer service ever!! I will definitely not be going back. So many nail salons in Oakton, make a wise choice and avoid this place.

I went today to get acrylics and my nails look like they already need filled. The woman doing my nails kept sniffling and wiping her nose on the hand she was using to do my nails. Multiple fingers were bleeding in the end and glue still coats my hands. Will not go back and would not recommend. $30 for a bad manicure and a cold, likely on the way.
