Vivian at Kitty Nails is the star of the salon. Her skills, personality and customer service keeps me coming back. She has perfected her craft as a nail technician. I get my nails dipped. I’m in and out in no more than 30 minutes. She’s wonderful. I highly recommend Vivian. I travel about an hour because of her service beyond expectations.

The lady that did my lashes was really nice and accommodating and they gave me a first timer discount which was really nice of them to do that however, the quality of the product is not good in my opinion though. I’m having a hard time closing and opening my eyes, the glue feels very heavy on my eyelids and it hurts everytime i close my eyes. And the process was quick like 20-30mins but the work wasn’t clean and thorough that I had to make an appointment to other salon just to get my lashes fixed 🙁 i feel so broke lol paying another salon ($150) to get it fixed.

Amazing! Best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done! They do so much extra stuff that adds so much more comfort to your nails. There delicate with your skin as well! Usually places leave bunch of gunk under the nails or burn you or have a hard grip. This place is a one of a kind. I was falling asleep through the whole process because of how gentle it was and soothing. The prices are high, but if you want a real professional nail salon experience, this is it. I visited Kitty’s Nails last night. I called and made an appointment for a pedicure and for my 4 year old to get all 10 nails painted. We had an appointment and it was our first visit. We waited 20 minutes before we were acknowledged that our turn would be soon, only after a gentleman asked for a towel to dry his feet from the bowl since his water turned cold from waiting and he wanted to leave. The lady who gave me a pedicure did great on the pedicure and for $30 no complaints on the pedicure paint job. She did hurt me one time with a tool but no blood.My daughter was still as a statue and got a $11 horrible nail painting job from an older lady. Only 2 of the nails were completely covered in polish the rest was a mess. Knowing it was a mess they should have charged me $5 or nothing. Plus they made her wait 45 minutes after appointment time to get service. I’ll attach a pic of the quality. The quality should be the same no matter the age of the client. I literally can do a better job at home but paid for her to have her first salon experience. Even at 4 years old she said she would not want to come back but try a different place. Then, while waiting bored out my mind I noticed the floor in the seating area was filthy. I would have left from the filth and wait if I was alone… but I promised my daughter painted nails at a salon. When our nails were done no one said a word. We were left in the pedicure chairs. After 10 minutes I put on my kids sandals and walked to the front to pay. I would have preferred to dry under the light but we air dryed. I’d never return or recommend to a friend. I am rating on quality, cleanness, wait time, and communication.
