This place was okay. The lady that did my nails, was very sweet. However, there was a male worker that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He kept staring at me and at one point, it looked like he was taking pictures of me. Then he stood over the nail tech that was doing my nails for about ten minutes. I ended up paying 40 bucks for a fill, which seemed like a lot. Not even 24 hours later, one of my nails popped off and it didn’t even hurt. So I went in the next morning and she fixed it for me. Well, just a few days after this, my thumb nail is now coming off. Idk what is up with their products but I definitely won’t be going back. I absolutely love the color and the little heart sticker, but not worth what I paid.

I was so lucky and so grateful that they squeezed me in! They’re all friendly and sweet. Most nail places just have you pick the color/show them a picture and they start doing your nails right away. Mai was nice enough to show me a ‘test nail’ with the 2 different shades of pink she had since they didn’t have the supplies to match the picture 100%. It turned out so adorable and I can’t wait to come back!

I have been coming to this salon for at least 15 years. Karen gives the best pedicures and is always friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well maintained. If I have ever had an issue they have always fixed it and made sure I am happy with the work before I leave. I usually get a gel pedicure w callous treatment and sometimes a gel manicure. For a gel pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow/facial wax I usually pay around $100 before tip. That’s a great price! Love coming here!

I hadn’t been to this place in years and decided to give it a try. I went for a manicure, pedicure, and gel polish on my nails. I asked for a much more detailed service package, which they didn’t do, and was glad I didn’t waste anymore money in this place! The manicure lasted 2 weeks before several nails broke! The pedicure was terrible because she smeared polish on my toes, and didn’t remove it! She also nipped and caused me to bleed on 4 spots on my feet due to her excessive pumice filing!

Got a gel manicure for the NYE holidays (my first actually!) and they were very helpful and professional. Nails looked great and stayed great for a long time after. Came back to here again to get a back to work mani/pedi along with my husband (mani only) and they took us in promptly and made us very comfortable. Will always think of Kitty Nails first for my mani/pedi needs.
