My nails were done a second time ,here by a gentlemen. Not happy once again with him .Time for a change for me . I have always done it with the young lady ,owner no problems but it seems if I don’t request her she will place me with some one else. It was a fill of 45 dollars with lacker polish and I am always a good tipper.

I’ve been having my nails done here for years, by Lily. Everyone is great, but shortly after my first new set, she had me figured out for beautiful, strong nails that last until I see her 2 weeks later, no lifting or any other imperfections unless its caused by my own doing. I have moved from south SA to south Austin and refuse to find a new salon closer, the 30 minute drive is worth the good, reliable work, to me. This is my latest acrylic color change, #79 if you go wanting the same color. They have a great selection of acrylic, shellac & dip colors- and always adding to the selections. I do shellac/gel on my toes, lasting 3+ months, no chipping, just grown out & time to change! Walk in wait time isn’t too much of a wait, usually, but I recommend calling ahead. Lily is nearly only by appointment, I always call a day ahead, or at least the morning of, so I know to run errands before if she’s booked for her first couple hours.

Horrible service will never come back again. The lady who did my pedicure was very rough on my feet and didn’t care after I told her she’s hurting me. She also burned me multiple times with the hot stones and kept trying to put them on me. She was not remorseful at all. I do not recommend this nail salon.

May 25 I went in for a refill, one new nail(broke after 5 weeks of original set) and shellac. May 27 shellac was already peeling and by June 1 I had broken another nail, it just popped off and four nails were already peeling shellac. I went in and asked for a refund. They said they would redo it. If you messed up the first time why would I let you do it again. I wanted a refund. They said the owner wasn’t there so I could leave my number. I asked for the owners number they wouldn’t give it to me. I left my number and will be going back everyday until I get my refund. Worst $48 I ever spent. After waiting almost 2 hours while the little techs talked and socialized. Oh and there were obvious dog noises coming from the back probably next door for the lees kitchen. The forst two pics are from two days later. The following pics re from 12 days later.

Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE TRUST ME. My left foot literally has a burn mark from here. No matter how many times I said it was too hot!! So he put the bag against my leg to help cool it down, um HELLO THAT BURNS TOO! I had to tell him that! When the hot towels came hot I was literally frightened to be burned again. I believe accidents happen and somethings are truly out of your control but come on!! Been a while since I had a mani pedi so this was a treat for me, a tired mom. $85 for a basic mani pedi and Gel polish, was not expecting that price. I should have clarified price before hand. Pedicure was decent. Manicure was done by a different person and was just okay. Not the best place I have been to. Will try a new salon next time.
