This place is amazing ! Great service, as soon as I walk in I’m greeted. My nails look amazing (got them some for my birthday) and it matched the inspo pic perfectly. They are always so nice and pleasant, they will make sure your nails are how u like them !

Critical: QualityWe set an appt for us and our daughters. The woman that did the girls nails was fine, it was just a basic mani/pedi for kids. The woman that did my fill seemed agitated right our the gate, so I just tried not to annoy her further. When it was time to apply the gel color, she told me that color that I had picked was too light and I should just do black and white French tips. I didn’t want that and went to relook at the colors. She sighed seemingly annoyed so I set the colors down and just asked for plain clear polish. The woman she had right after had the same problem, telling her the color was too light 3x until the woman finally explained that she wanted the color and to just do it. I got outside after paying and tipping and realized my nails were uneven in length and had bubbles in the acrylic. We waited outside for my cousin to be done and when she came outside, her acrylic was also uneven in thickness and she had nailpolish all over her fingers. I believe they felt rushed due to overbooking which let to completely disregarding the quality of work. We set an appt somewhere else and will not be returning here. We set an appt for us and our daughters. The woman that did the girls nails was fine, it was just a basic mani/pedi for kids. The woman that did my fill seemed agitated right our the gate, so I just tried not to annoy her further. Walked into the establishment with an appointment set, was greeted, asked the color and then told to have a seat and wait. Sat for about 15 minutes past the appointment time I had set. No water was ran for my pedicure while I waited, No drinks were offered and after I was greeted, I was no longer acknowledged, and no one seemed to be in a hurry, even after my appointment was mentioned. Poor customer service. Only given an extra star because I was “greeted” upon entry.

I had the pleasure to have the manager give me a pedicure. She was very attentive to me and the salon. There is employees ready to take in walk ins. They greet you with friendliness and great hospitality. I bring my kids here as well. They have small kids special.

Got my nails done a full set. Business doesn’t have pricing listed anywhere, so I asked how much they would cost and I couldn’t get a direct amount. Decided to just get them on anyway and the gel started peeling the same day. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed for the next day. If you are going to go there, make sure Eliana does your nails! I had a different woman at first, who is older and seems like she would definitely be the person who would have experience, but she chopped a huge chunk out of my toe. She told me that she was having to cut so deep and painfully because I have ingrown toenails, but I have been getting pedicures every 3 weeks for the last 20 years of my life, and have never been told I have an ingrown toenail. I have never had any sort of ingrown issues, and she was causing me to bleed and be in serious pain. She took a very large chunk out of the side of my big toe nail and out of the skin there, and it created a very ugly look. I was in a lot of pain and bleeding, so I told them and got a different person to help me out, but at that point the damage has been done. I will now have to be careful that the nail doesn’t grow back in a bad way and cause problems. My manicure and pedicure done by Eliana Is much better, and looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with it. But you must be very careful what you get when you go there. The woman who had had my first technician before I did also said she experienced a lot of pain and that the first woman was very rough with her as well. So I do not believe that this was an experience only I had.

I made an appointment for to get a manicure and a pedicure at this place 4 weeks in advance. When I tot there there was a line of walk ins just waiting to get helped. I told the manager I had an appointment and he looked on their little book and my name was for some reason crossed out when I never called to cancel, but he still told me it was ok and to sit for 20 minutes and wait. I waited for more than 30 minutes and they never called me instead they kept calling the walk ins. I was very disappointed, I had an appointment for a reason and I was expecting someone to be able to help me out or at least that I didn’t have to wait so long. Another lady that an appointment 30 minutes after me was also waiting for a long time. Definitely do not recommend this place, they are very disorganized and have a terrible customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!!
