Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI went here for the first time to get my hair cornrow braided, the job was done very poorly and was the worst job I ever had done. The service charge was $60 for something that could have been done in a back alley. They were also not following the COVID-19 precautions and did not have all employees wearing their masks. They looked like I had them done for a week already, and I even had complaints from family members telling me I should have got my money back. I had an appointment set for 1:00pm, when I arrived they told me to come back in an hour because they weren’t ready for me at the time. When I came back after the hour had passed, they asked me to wait another 30 minutes because they still were not ready. I went here for the first time to get my hair cornrow braided, the job was done very poorly and was the worst job I ever had done. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have never been so impressed with a braid shop!! Ive been to many, including in home service, and no one has ever completed my hair so fast. The end result is clean and precise. Im extremely happy. I booked next week for my daughter and neice to get their hair braided also. I have never been so impressed with a braid shop!! Ive been to many, including in home service, and no one has ever completed my hair so fast. The end result is clean and precise. Im extremely happy. I booked next week for my daughter and neice to get their hair braided also. Prices are fair and they have hair there for purchase so a one stop shop (anyone that’s gotten their hair braided knows that we never buy enough hair lol) Highly recommend if your researching, just stop here!
