The girl did an okay job on my nails, but client service could be much better. She did not act like she wanted to be there, or wanted me there. wouldn’t talk to me, and didn’t even acknowledge when I said ” my nails look great, thank you so much”..nothing. My philosophy is this..if I’m giving you my money, you can at least look me in the eye and say THANK YOU or YOU’RE WELCOME! Learn some manners.

I asked for square sport cut, with 2 ombre nails on each hand… I got coffin tip, super long AWFUL looking/feeling nails & then they charged me and additional $20! He cut open 3 fingers on one hand and 2 on the other.. I will NEVER go back not even to get them fixed… The guy made it very obvious that watching tv on his phone was more important than a paying customer! Rude and terrible looking nails!

My sisters was done very poorly and they barely did anything to her hands/fingernails. I asked for a design on my ring finger- it was terrible. I asked her to remove it. Once she removed it, she just walked away. While I was there, a little girl and her dad came in. They put her feet in the water & then they waited an hour for anyone to even go over there to them. Critical: QualityI went with some friends to get pedicures and one of the girls had to get her acrylic nails removed. The pedicures went great, but the nail removal was AWFUL! The sign specifically said “soak off removal”, but they used a fake nail to physically pry her nails off and did not soak them at all! It was an extremely painful experience for her and her nails are still hurting her like crazy today. This is a cheap and damaging way to remove nails and should not be a common practice at any salon. I went with some friends to get pedicures and one of the girls had to get her acrylic nails removed. The pedicures went great, but the nail removal was AWFUL! The sign specifically said “soak off removal”, but they used a fake nail to physically pry her nails off and did not soak them at all!
