No longer a repeat customer. Had a gel fill and the nail tech pretty much ghosted me toward the end of the process and started clipping the toe nails of another customer (without gloves), then returned to me to finish my nails without washing her hands! Was greeted upon walking into the door! Honored closed (they were available a few mins pass my appt time even though there were only 2 customers receiving services) to my actually appt time. My tech did get up during my service to tend to the phone (which was ok because I was not short on time but if I was I would be upset). I ask for an additional service which they unfortunately could not honor. (That was okay because maybe they were short on time). They did a decent job on my service.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality*kiss nails did not do my gems or polish, just the tip and acrylic* There was a very pleasant atmosphere between the workers in the shop and my tech was very kind. I went for just acrylic extensions, no polish because I wanted to do the gel and add gems at home. I didn’t get to have the nails of my desired length because their extensions are curved and I don’t personally like that, but that is personal preference and there’s nothing wrong with it! My tech was very quick with her hands but she made sure she was thorough and precise, not rushing.I did notice that my tech didn’t push or trim my cuticles which can be problematic for lifting.I also noticed two small hygienic issues – the sanding band that she used was definitely used on someone else before me as it was worn down. Also, the towel under my hands smelled like it needed a wash.
