stay away, this place uses MMA on your nails, which is another form of acrylic but not meant to be on your nails and is extremely toxic. i went to this salon for years before knowing and they have caused my nails so much damage which will take months maybe years to repair. they also don’t clean their tools in between clients and don’t respect their client’s wants. one of the worst chop shops around downriver. please don’t risk getting an infection or damaging your nails, it’s not worth it!

Love love love this place!!!! I’ve been going here for years and they do a phenomenal job and if you have a picture of what you want, they can do it and do it perfect and they last. Most times when I’m due for a fill none of have popped off even after 3 weeks on Nail designs, Nail extensions, Manicure, Waxing, Hand & foot massages, Callus removal, Foot massages, French manicures, Acrylic nails, Polish removal, Nail art, Dip powder, Pedicure, Nail decals, Gel manicures

I read previous reviews that spoke to the unfriendly and bad service that this place had to offer, but I still gave them a try because I live so close. That was a huge mistake! I took my mom to get a simple gel fill in and cut down and her nails started chipping immediately, the exact same night. She called the next day to speak to the tech that did her nails and I guess his name is Tre but my mom is older and I think she mispronounced his name and they just kept hanging up on her. She finally got someone on the phone and they told her to come in but when she did, everyone was looking at her crazy and said that he wouldn’t be available for an hour. She left and never even got her nails fixed. I will upload the pictures later. But we won’t be going back and they seem to not like brown people.

I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and the service has gone down significantly. They no longer do simple nail polish. It has to be shellac, acrylic, or dip. They no longer listen to the wants of their customers. They’ve refused to reshape my nails, theyve told me the design I wanted they couldn’t/wouldn’t do (paint splatter), another time I said I wanted my nails shorter than what they had done and she said she was going to sand them down and never did and when I mentioned it she said “oh but they look good”. There are multiple reviews about a gentleman that watches videos while doing your nails. I can confirm that this does happen. The first time this gentleman did my nails he spent more time watching the people walking in and complaining about it than he did looking at my nails. he painted more of my fingers and then sanded off the paint/sanded my fingers raw. There were so many bubbles in the polish I asked him to redo several of them and asked him if he could pay attention to my fingers and not the door. Today he did my nails again and the same thing happened. He was so focused on watching his phone that my fingers are raw, he did not reshape my nails, nor shorten them, and there is still so much acrylic on my fingers its ridiculous. and the acrylic on my nails is beyond thick and bumpy it looks awful. I’ve tried to power through this last year and give multiple changes as this place has always been wonderful but today was the last. After wishful thinking for the last year I simply can no longer waste my money in this establishment any longer.

The men don’t know how to do a design, he tried and I wasn’t happy. The lady did correct it but she really didn’t want to. They don’t get out the ingrown nails or your calluses.

Honestly guys, the first time I got my nails done here it was perfect. After a week tho, I started to form warts in my cuticles. I didn’t know, so I went back. I was told it was just my skin, so I went back for months. I went to a different salon to get them done, and ever since then, I haven’t had those cuticle warts. They don’t clean their equipment thoroughly. Just be careful.
