The interior is clean and inviting. The prices are a little higher than other places. The wait is long which is worth it when you get excellent customer service and exactly what you ask for servicing your nails/toes etc. My initial experience was great. The lady (she’s popular but I don’t remember her name – I apologize) who did my acrylic set was pleasant, they came out beautiful! I tipped well and was beyond satisfied. However, within the week a couple nails lifted. I went back, they were fixed by the same lady who seemed irritated, had an attitude like she didn’t want to fix her work as she nicked my skin around my finger, she didn’t even flinch. She did a fill, changed the design and I still tipped well. I thought we’ll maybe she’s having a bad day. It happens I’ll give her another chance. Same thing happened again and when I came back, same result. 2 strikes I’m done. Usually getting our nails done is a way to pamper ourselves so to feel like your an annoyance is very disappointing when their work wasn’t satisfactory.

I took my girl for her to come out with crooked nails as well as gaps on both sides of the nail on many fingers. I just think for the price they charge they should look for better nail technicians. Employ at your own risk !!!

I have been coming here for over 10 years. There service had been excellent. I am VERY disappointed in the pedicure services they offer NOW. A few weeks ago I got a pedicure it lasted about 10 minutes. They barely work on your feet.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was getting gel polish removed and I asked the guy servicing me was he going to get all the polish off. He rudely told me “let me do my thing. If you don’t like it, let someone else do your nails”. I was extremely polite and professional and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager and was told “you can wait for someone to service you. He said he can’t do your nails.” I absolutely refuse to patronize a business that does not offer quality customer service, does not respect the customers or the money that we spend inside. Will not be back.

Paid 31.00 dollars for 10 minutes of foot work by far this was the worst pedicure i have ever received . The manger was very rude and stated for an extra 20.00 dollars they would spend more time. They think that people in this area don’t know any better been all over the world and this shop ranks dead last easily. They are definitely ripping people off!!!

I just moved to this area so this was my second time going to Kiss. They do great work and your nails last so they probably use good products as well. The wait is never too long to get in the chair too which is always a plus!

I’m so scared to get my nails done because I can never find someone to do the properly .. however all that changed I went to kiss nails today with my younger sister and my daughter we all got our finger nails and feet done…. and I must say I love them this is my first time getting medium length and I really love them Lol I’m speechless. I believe my nail tech was Lynn, Lynn did an amazing job thank you guys … and the salon was clean and ran very efficient I had less than a 5 minute wait and was out right in time. I’ll most definitely be telling friends
