Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is a warning to all ladies who love their real hair. If you love your hair PLEASE DO NOT! go to this salon. They are unprofessional and they are NOT license to do hair I wish I knew this before I go. I did a relaxer there and the lady literally tore my hair out, she did not comb my hair out to detangle it before she put the relaxer in and I had lots of new growth, my hair was a hot mess! When I walked out of the salon! Because of this I will do my own hair from now on. How can you put a relaxer in a client hair before combing it out to make sure it was detangled and she didn’t even section my hair. If I could give zero star I would. I walked in the salon with waist lengthen hair and when she was done my hair was tangled because she didn’t comb through my hair, I walked out with shoulder length hair, oh and she let the relaxer sit on my hair that was previously relaxed, a professional would never do that everyone know you only apply relaxer to new growth!..Ladies if you love your hair please do NOT go there!Service: HairstylingThis is a warning to all ladies who love their real hair. This is a warning to all ladies who love their real hair. If you love your hair PLEASE DO NOT! go to this salon. They are unprofessional and they are NOT license to do hair I wish I knew this before I go. I booked a braids appointment with Danielle McDonald, and She confirmed my appointment the day before. My appointment time was scheduled for 9am. The day of my appointment I received a text from her asking me to come at a later time I stressed to her that time isn’t gonna work for me I want to stick to my original appointment. I called her multiple times that morning and she didn’t answer not one call. I asked for a refund of my deposit instead of performing the service and she choose to ignore my texts and calls for three days. I had to go to the salon to get my deposit back. When I enter the salon the other workers decided to put they nose in places where they didn’t belonged. As a customer and a black woman at that, how can you treat your own people like that. My appointment time was scheduled for 9am.
