Jenn styled mine and my family’s hair for my wedding and if I had to sum the experience up in one word it would be perfection! Jenn’s calming and friendly presence was exactly what I needed the morning of my wedding. Every other hairstylist I had been to convinced me there was no way I could do an up-do with short curly hair but Jenn was able to do it with no problem whatsoever AND it looked amazing AND it stayed up all night. If you’re a curly haired bride, look no further – Jenn is outstanding!

I had the absolute pleasure of being able to use the Kistmet studio as a place to collaborate on a photoshoot as a freelance makeup artist. The atmosphere in this salon is beyond welcoming and is the perfect place to create. The owner, Jennifer, was absolutely helpful and accommodating and made me feel so comfortable right when I walked in the door. The space available to work was perfectly clean, professional, and mobile to accommodate for all of my supplies! I can’t wait to be able to use this space again in the future. This absolutely is a space to check out both if you’re in need of a space to create and as a client who needs an amazing stylists!

Everyone at Kismet is nice, friendly, and super skilled! (Seriously look at their Instagram account you will be amazed at their work!) I recently went there for a hair appointment with Julia. If you’re looking for an expert in vivid hair color, look no further than Kismet. The staff there are all incredibly knowledge and just flat out incredible! I went from a green with some bad roots to pink/purple/blue and my hair feels the nicest it’s ever been while dyed! You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t check Kismet out for any sort of cut or style as I’m certain the talented and fun stylist’s here can handle absolutely anything you throw at them!

Jennifer is amazing, I have extremely curly hair and she always does an amazing job. I refuse to go to anyone else. When I lived in Maryland I would come back to Michigan to get my hair cut or colored by her. She is extremely knowledgeable and will let you know what will work well with your hair.
