Because of Covid, my regular barber was closed. Needing a haircut before the situation gets worse, I chose Kipper’s because of it’s proximity and that it’s been around for years. I was pleased with the experience and will return. The current rules are followed and the owner says he is tested every 2 weeks. Appointments not accepted. You show up and sign in and are served in order. Only one customer at a time is allowed in building and you wait in parking lot until your turn. Customer just left as I got there so no waiting was involved for me. A pleasant experience.
