Dr. Shay is the best! She always spends whatever time is needed to insure she understands my needs and concerns; all the while focusing on my long-term goals. Most other places were more about getting me out the door as soon as possible and not taking the time to provide quality work. They also provide the work on what they felt I should have and not what I am asking for. Dr. Shay listen but always spoke up if she felt I was making a mistake or asking for a service that was not needed. She honestly cares about her parents. I leave feeling satisfied and that I am the most important person in the world to her and her staff.
