Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI moved to Miami a year ago and was looking for someone who can do maderotherapy. I was very happy when I found Dora . She does not speak English very well but my first session was fantastic . I purchased a package of 10 sessions. Unfortunately it went downhill after that . Women is a mess . She cancel my next appointment do to her illness 15 min before my appointment. But I understood that things happens sometimes . My next appointment was very disappointing. I was suppose to get 45 min but she talks non stop and in the end I got 35 min . Again I was thinking may be she had a bad day . My next appointment I was standing in front of the closed office she just forget that I had an appointment but actually work out ok as I got a phone call that I was exposed to Covid . After that holidays came and another exposure to Covid so finally I was ok to continue my treatment and again standing in front of closed office. I call her and she start screaming in half English half Spanish that she is not there and I am the one who is crazy and I don’t have an appointment. Thank god all appointments made by text so I had a proof that I had an appointment. After sending her snapshot of our conversation she tells me that she hurt her hand and that I should come another day . Women is a liar and as a client I should not tolerate obusive Language. I told her that she is wasting my time and I don’t want too come back . Considering that used only 3 session from my package of 10 plus my 2 canceled sessions I ask for refund of 5 sessions . She screamed “No refund” and hang up the phone . I was thinking may be she does not understand me and ask my Spanish GF to talk to her .Result was pretty much the same . It is very sad that providers like that able to practice .
