Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad an appointment with Adelaida and as time goes on with her she begins making me uncomfortable because she continues to make fun of her 2 previous clients and I start to feel self conscious that she will do the same thing as soon as I leave. The haircut itself had a few noticeable lines in it but I figured she maybe did what she could and I would caution others to try another shop in the area. Had an appointment with Adelaida and as time goes on with her she begins making me uncomfortable because she continues to make fun of her 2 previous clients and I start to feel self conscious that she will do the same thing as soon as I leave. This was my first time booking an appointment with Adelaida and I can honestly say this is the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had! I was met at the door with a warm welcome and immediately felt “at home”. Adelaida did not rush or make me feel like I was on a time frame, which is extremely rare in today’s world. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was above any I’ve ever experienced. Adelaida’s skills and vibrant personality made me a “forever” client at my first appointment.

It only took a few minutes into service tto see that it was very clear she does NOT like kids. Easily one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail was very noticeable and made a difference as my hair and beard began to grow out.I usually just take care of my beard myself, but the way she trimmed it and cleaned it up truly made a difference as it got longer and had a much cleaner shape than before. She let us come in and sit together while each boy got their hair done. She took her time on each and gave them her full attention. They came away looking very dapper, . They all don’t want to go anywhere else for a cut.
