Critical: Professionalism, QualityFire the worker. Came in to get a haircut for a wedding. I showed the picture that I wanted to. She was very rude and rough while cutting my hair. She cut my hair and then asked me if it’s ok…I asked her to do a little shorter, she said no. Then she asked for the tip and after her refusing to cut my hair the way I wanted, I said what for? She told me she would do what I wanted for more pay, I agreed and then she refused again to cut my hair shorter. After not tipping, she told me to not come back to this place. It was unprofessional. My wife went there with my son and she had a terrible experience. She left without cutting my boy her because my son drop the bell that was in the front door and the hairdresser started to yell on her. If the hairdresser is not happy with her job, she should leave the job.
