She will provide the great cut and actually tell you if something won’t work for the face frame, which is what you want. Not a drone that will give you a cut that you want that doesn’t match you. If you like sleek styles and don’t need the hair wash, try this. They will also wash your hair but you will need to set that expectation. <3

I would give negative stars if I could. The owner toned my hair for me and apparently thinks brown and blond are the same thing. I wanted some lighter/yellow blond toned to the color of my blond roots and he gave me brown hair. When I expressed to him I was unhappy and it was way darker than I wanted / darker than we had discussed, he was rude and told me to never go their again if I was unhappy because he has been doing this 20 years and doesn’t have unhappy customers. Rather than get rude and defensive when someone is crying and unhappy with what they see, you should work with that person so they leave your business at least a somwhat happy customer, sir, not a girl crying as she drives away because you have ruined her hair and then made her pay and yelled at her for it. I wish I could post a pic of the before and after to show everyone what you did!

Friend told me they werw good. This lady, Thea, cut my hair off in irregular chunks!!!! Horŕible! She said she had 18 years experience!-what a lie! I will never go there again. If you want a real hair dresser, go somewhere else. She buthered my hair!!!!

If there was a 0 star, I would give it to them. My husband came home after asking for 3 inches at top, and the guy took a #3 trimmer to his entire head. If that wasn’t bad enough, it isn’t even even. When I called him and confronted him, he said to “send my husband over to face him like a man.” What is this, the 18th century and we’re going to duel? If you don’t want to look like a 3 year old cut your hair, don’t go here.
